Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before downloading any free designs or making a purchase from our web site.

The designs in our catalogues are copyrighted and are licensed for your personal use. They may not be copied in all or in part using any media. To do this violates Federal Copyright Laws. You may use designs on items to keep, to give as gifts or to sell (in limited quantities), providing that you have personally purchased the designs from The Calico Cat. Sharing, reselling or redistribution of designs in any way is strictly prohibited.

Returns
Returns will be for damaged disks only and will be replaced with a new version of the same designs within 60 days. Proof of purchase must be provided.

License
This license permits you to use the designs at only one location. The sale or any other transfer of copies of the designs is a violation of copyright law.

Limitation of Damages
In no event shall The Calico Cat be liable for any consequential damages, including but not limited to business interruption, loss of profits, damaged goods, etc. arising out of the use or loss of use of the designs, even if The Calico Cat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Protection
All designs are protected with encryption software to enable the tracking of possible copyright violations.
