How to Order Online
 

Orders may be placed securely using your credit card.

These transactions are processed in the USA by BMT Micro. The BMT Micro payment facility has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under their control, including secure socket layer (SSL) certificates for online credit card payment.

Please make sure that the email address you supply when ordering is correct!

If you would like to order any of the collections in a different sewing format, place the order as usual. You can either:

• Fill in the format required in the Customer Comments field of the secure order form, OR

• Send us an email.

Please note: We do not supply ART and SHV formats yet.

How your order is processed

Once your order is received and payment details have been verified by BMT Micro, you will receive an email with download instructions.

This email will contain the following information:

• Product ID

• Temporary Download Password

• A Secure Web Page Address

To download the designs, follow these easy steps:

• Go to the secure web page address provided. You can do this by clicking on the link in the email message or typing the link address in the address box in your browser window. Please note that this is a https address, not http.

• Enter the password and product ID given in the appropriate boxes. We recommend cutting and pasting to avoid typos.

• Press the Download button and save the files to your computer.

After you have downloaded the designs, you will receive a Customer Order Receipt via email.
